Subject Group Meeting Minutes (Vietnam)
Minutes for a subject group meeting run on the lesson-study model: attendance, the four study steps, the opinions recorded and the conclusions agreed.
What is already in this template
- 5 pre-titled sections
- 3 tables
- A ready-made diagram you edit as text
Using and adapting it
Notes are only worth keeping if you can find them again, so title them by topic rather than by date. The Cornell split — a keyword column and a summary at the foot — exists for fast revision, so fill the keyword column right after the class while you still remember, not in exam week. Type formulas in rather than photographing the board: text can be searched later.
Common questions
- Do formula-heavy notes print sharply?
- Yes. The formulas and figures are vector and stay sharp at any size — unlike a screenshot, which breaks up as soon as it is enlarged.
- Do I need to know LaTeX to use this template?
- No. You edit it like an ordinary document — type, drag blocks, insert formulas from a visual keyboard. LaTeX only runs underneath to set the page, and you can still export the source if you want it.
