Using and adapting it
A tracking sheet is only useful if it can be filled in between two lessons, so keep the columns few and their names short. Write comments as sentences about a specific child rather than stock phrases — you will recognise who it was when you read it back at the end of term, and parents can tell the difference too. Tables here stay whole across a page break, so no student is cut in half between sheets.
