Terms of Service

Legal Framework & Usage Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Texva document compiler platform and desktop sync client.

1. Account Agreement and Conduct

By creating a Texva cloud account, you agree to maintain a secure password and assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your credentials. You must provide accurate, complete registration details.

You agree not to use the Texva compilation worker API to generate malicious code, run automated spam scripts, or attempt to compromise container sandboxing parameters.

2. Document Ownership and Licensing

**Your documents are entirely yours.** Texva does not claim any intellectual property ownership or licensing rights over the raw LaTeX content, compiled PDF files, or mathematical formulations created within your workspace.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use all assets (such as figures, images, or bibliography packages) that you compile using Texva services.

3. Service Availability and Disclaimers

Texva is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free compiling environments. Intermediate PDF preview URLs signed from storage console nodes expire after 3600 seconds.

While we configure redundant persistent caching of TeXLive bundles to guarantee compilation sub-1.5s rendering speed, you are ultimately responsible for keeping regular local offline backups of critical academic papers.
